Fenugreek Salad

 

Fenugreek has anti-inflammatory properties and is widely used in the treatment of back pain.

This recipe is good for postpartum care. Fenugreek salad helps to boost milk production in new moms.

Ingredients

Uluva / fenugreek – 100 gm
Coconut, grated – ½ of a coconut
Jaggery / sarkkara – as desired

Instruction

Wash and soak fenugreek seeds overnight.

Cook this in the soaked water. Strain excess water.

Add grated coconut and jaggery. Serve.
