Ladies finger/vendakkai – 12

Marinade
Rice flour – 2 tsp
Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Salt – as needed
Oil – as needed

Clean and cut ladies finger lengthwise. Marinate ladies finger with the above marinade. Deep fry this.

It is a easy dish, which can be made in a jiffy and a good replacement to fried non-vegetarian dishes.
