Wheat halwa / Gothambu halwa


Ghee   – 1 cup
Wheat flour -1 cup
Sugar         – 1/2 cup
Water        -1 1/2 cup
Badam chopped – 2 tsp

Heat ghee in a pan. When ghee is really hot, add wheat flour and fry till it is brown in colour. Add sugar and water and thoroughly mix it. stir continuously. When it gets thick, remove from the stove and transfer it to bowl rubbed with ghee. Decorate with almonds. Cut into desired shapes and serve.
